Kathryn said: “It was an amazing learning curve and I’m home with lots of tools to put into practice. I know now that what you put into your body affects everything and I’ve learned how enzymes work. It’s easy science but I realised that people generally don’t even know the basics. I was a bit hungry the first couple of days, but soon got used to the juices. The hotel was lovely and I’d consider going back, if ever I could afford it! More then anything, the trip taught me that I can take control of my own life.

Sharon said: “The first day was tough because I didn’t realise the regime was going to be so strict. After day two it was absolutely fine. I’ve come away with so much information - and lost over a stone! I can honestly say I’ll never touch Diet Pepsi again. The Vibrogym is amazing and worked best on my stomach and legs. People I didn’t know were complimenting me on my weight loss – I was the talk of the hotel! Losing the weight was the icing on the cake but the highlight was getting my old self back. I’m in a really good place now.
